The Scent of the Titanic

The Scent of the Titanic

I am sure almost all of you will have heard or read about the RMS Titanic. She was the largest ship afloat at the time when she entered service and was the second of three olympic-class Ocean liners operated by White Star Line. Built by the famous Harland and Wolff Shipyard in Belfast it unfortunately sank in the North Atlantic Ocean on the 15th April 1912, after striking an iceberg during her maiden voyage from Southampton to New York City. Of the estimated 2,224 passengers and crew aboard, more than 1,500 died.

The Titanic was to be one of the finest ships of her day with first-class accommodation designed to be the ultimate pinnacle of comfort and luxury, with a gymnasium, swimming pool, libraries, high-class restaurants, and opulent cabins. Not to forget the famous soap created by Vinolia to be used by her First Class passengers.

We have tirelessly worked to create a candle based on the original soap created by Vinolia that was used by the First class passengers aboard the R.M.S. Titanic. It's distinct notes of Lemon & Rose provide a luxury base for this complex scent that is sure to whisk you into the past and make you feel as if you were aboard that world class ship yourself!
